One way we ensure that is by being part of the Prefered Jewelers Network. This is a network of jewelers nationwide who have chosen to work together in providing all customers the best service possible. What does this mean for you? This means that with any qualifying purchase, your warranty comes compliemtary! Now you might be thinking "What's the catch" and there is none; the only requirement to keep your warranty valid is that you get the item inspected and cleaned every 6 months. Once you are signed up, they even send email reminders when it is time to bring the item in. This is our way of ensuring that your pleasant experience at Baxter's never ends!
At Baxter's we are also all about options, we want customers to be able to make the choices that best suite them in a low pressure envirnoment, That is why for any other non-qualifying purchases we do offer a warranty option for an additional percentage through Jewelers Mutual. You may have heard this name before if you have insurance on your jewelry, and they are a wonderful company to work with. The comfotable part about this option is that it is entirely up to you whether you would like to add it on or not. Often times jewelry stores have quotas and goals of warranty sales, but at Baxter's it is about fulfilling the customers needs, not a goal of our own.
